Across multiple countries, the Orica Graduate Program has an annual intake and is focused on developing graduates across our core business units:
- Mining Services
- Manufacturing / Engineering
- Digital, Technology & Innovation
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Commercial and Marketing
During the two-year graduate program, you will:
- Participate in facilitated events that help us to Grow, Spark, and Shape together
- Participate in a targeted development pathway, designed to help you acquire foundational skills and accelerate your on-the-job learning
- Buddy up with other or early career professionals who have been in your shoes and know what it’s like to be new in Orica
- Be mentored by leaders across the organisation
Following the completion of your graduate program, you will:
- Move into a permanent role, relative to your specialisations
- Continue along your development roadmap, supported by ongoing learning opportunities
- Participate in knowledge sharing experiences with future graduate programs
