About the role

 

We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a talanted Technologist - PPIS to provide, coordinate and manage technology support of product, process and implementation support within a given regional business. This role is based at Orica Ust-Kamenogorsk Office, Kazakhstan and reporting to PPIS Manager.

What you will be doing

 

  • Ensure relevant procedure are maintained and adhered to;
  • Verify products and processes;
  • Ensure plant/equipment commissioning takes place;
  • Provide product & process subject training as subject matter expert;
  • Participate in new technology transfers;
  • Foster innovation climate driving cost down activities;
  • Collect competitive product/activity information;
  • Plan, monitor and direct specific tasks.

What you will bring

 

 

  • Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification;
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders;
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement;
  • Ability to plan, influence & execute;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.
