About the role
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented Coordinator - Office FacilitiesOffice to join our team at the Ust Manufacturing Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of office facilities, including budget management and ensuring smooth operations. This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

What you will be doing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of office facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment;
- Handle the budgeting process, including monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations;
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, including electrical safety and emergency response protocols;
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and the landlord to ensure timely and effective service delivery;
- Provide regular reports to the Manufacturing Manager on office operations, budget status, and any issues that arise.
What you will bring
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure smooth office operations;
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting;
- Keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements;
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with vendors, the landlord, and team members;
- Capability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
