About the role
We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a talented Coordinator – Maintenance Planning to join our team.
This role is responsible for coordinating the development and execution of work plans and schedules to ensure efficient maintenance operations and maximize plant uptime. The position plays a key role in supporting the Product Line’s goals across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
This role is based at our Ust-Kamenogorsk Manufacturing Plant and reports directly to the Superintendent – Maintenance.
What you will be doing
- Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules (preventative, predictive, corrective, online/offline), ensuring all required inputs—materials, equipment, and labor—are aligned for efficient execution;
- Review and prioritize daily maintenance notifications for quality and urgency.
- Ensure timely closure of work orders and accurate history recording in SAP, in line with reliability standards;
- Work closely with subject matter experts to clarify scopes, resolve technical uncertainties, and ensure alignment with maintenance execution and planning leadership;
- Maintain and enhance a library of SAP maintenance task lists. Identifies and escalates opportunities for reliability improvements (e.g., PM optimization, addressing recurring issues) to relevant teams.
What you will bring
- Proven ability to develop, coordinate, and manage complex maintenance schedules and resources efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment;
- Solid understanding of preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, with hands-on experience using systems like SAP for work order and task list management;
- Ability to assess maintenance data, prioritize tasks based on risk and impact, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization;
- Skilled in working cross-functionally with engineering, reliability, supply chain, and execution teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery of maintenance activities;
- A strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence, with a track record of supporting reliability initiatives and driving performance through structured planning.
