About the role

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Inventory Coordinator at our Manufacturing Plant in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. This role involves overseeing the stock reconciliation process for Manufacturing, ensuring accurate physical inventory records in the system, and minimizing stock write-offs and write-ons.

Additionally, the Inventory Coordinator will manage SAP Bulk Product Management for the operations team and support Asset Management Systems, including Master Blast and IVMS, used at our operational sites. This position reports to the Coordinator - Warehouse & Distribution.

What you will be doing

• Overseeing the stock reconciliation process to ensure accurate physical inventory records in the system;
• Minimizing stock write-offs and write-ons by maintaining precise inventory records;
• Managing SAP Bulk Product Management for the operations team;
• Supporting Asset Management Systems, including Master Blast and IVMS, used at operational sites;
• Collaborating with the Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator and reporting on inventory status and discrepancies.
