About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehousing Coordinator to support our warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations, located in Seventeen Miles Rocks. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate management of inventory and company assets, coordinating equipment servicing and calibration activities, and facilitating the timely movement of equipment and materials to support business operations and customer requirements.

Working closely with sales, operations, field personnel, and external logistics providers, the Warehousing Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment readiness, and efficient warehouse operations while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

What you be doing

• Manage the receipt, inspection, maintenance, calibration, and tracking of inventory and company assets.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records, conduct stock counts, and ensure equipment availability and serviceability.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, including picking, packing, dispatch, freight bookings, and equipment movements.
• Ensure warehouse activities are conducted safely and in accordance with HSE&S and compliance requirements.
• Support operational teams by providing inventory, logistics, and equipment coordination services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service.

What you will bring

•  Experience in warehousing, inventory, logistics, or asset management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping.
• Proficiency with inventory or asset management systems.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, safety-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Forklift Licence (preferred).
