•    Full-Time, Regular Employee Status
•    Two-Year Rotational Program: Experience diverse roles across our Winnemucca manufacturing site, including technical, operational, and leadership tracks.

What you will bring

•    Degree: Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate (within 1 year) in Mechanical, Process of Chemical Engineering.
•    Eligibility: Able to drive in the U.S.; willing to live in Winnemucca, NV after the program.
•    Be eligible to work within the United States with no sponsorship
•    Ability to start June 2027

Role dimensions

•    On-site Role: Report to Winnemucca site five days a week.
•    Selection Process: Video and In-person interviews may be required.
•    Pre-employment Checks: Background, medical, and drug screening.
