About the role
We’re looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join our Bulk Distribution team supporting operations across WA and SA. This role plays a central part in ensuring safe, efficient and timely scheduling of our product deliveries to mine sites. You’ll collaborate closely with carriers, planning, manufacturing, business management, and commercial teams, all while focusing on operational excellence. Our goal is to become the trusted partner of choice for our customers.

What you will be doing
- Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries of ANE to mine sites using SAP;
- Liaise regularly with carriers and the A&E Plant to align priorities and logistics plans;
- Participate in operational meetings to ensure accurate delivery planning;
- Maintain transport data, documentation, and compliance requirements within SAP;
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, carriers, and relevant parties to resolve issues quickly;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution function.
What you will bring
- Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Transport Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a coordinator or scheduler role, ideally within a supply chain or logistics environment;
- Strong computer literacy, Excel is essential, and SAP experience is highly regarded;
- Ability to excel in a highvolume, fastpaced operational setting;
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across multiple stakeholders through calls, chats, and email.
