About The Role – GeoTechnical Monitoring Account Coordinator

3vGeomatics is looking for a GeoTechnical Monitoring Account Coordinator with two years of experience to own a growing number of B2B InSAR projects, manage client relationships and support any client-facing aspect of the services we provide. This person will work closely with technical staff and report to the Principal Account Manager.

What you will be doing

•    Manage and a set of commercial InSAR projects in terms of budget, deliverables, accounts receivable, technical education, expectations and project plan maintenance.
•    Develop and nurture client relationships, ideally through to contract renewal and/or upgrades.
•    Support Business Development Managers as needed.
•    Streamline projects and seek to make efficiencies whenever prudent.
•    Understand InSAR principles and be able to answer most client questions related to the technology and products, serving as the first point of contact for managed clients.

•    Fluent in the English and Portuguese are required

Role dimensions

•    Full Time Salaried position
•    Non-Commission position focused on accounts in South America
•    Position located in the Vancouver: 3 days in office/2 days remote
•    Travel outside of Canada may be required once a year

Your qualifications

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree from a postsecondary institution and at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role. 
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
•    Knowledge of remotely sensed data is an asset
•    Mining and large-scale construction industry experience is an asset

Compensation  

•    Full Time Salary Position
•    Salary Range: $72,500 - $82,000 CAD 

(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
