About The Role – Account Manager - Geotechnical Data Services (Vancouver / Mount Pleasant, BC)

 

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Account Manager of Geotechnical Data Services (INSAR) within our Digital Solutions team focused on a growing number of B2B INSAR satellite projects, managing client relationships, and providing support to any client facing aspect of the satellite data services we provide. 

What you will be doing

•    Manage and own a set of commercial projects in terms of budget deliverables accounts receivable technical education expectations and project plan maintenance
•    Develop and nurture client relationships ideally through contract renewals and/or upgrades
•    Support business development managers as needed
•    Streamline projects and seek to make efficiencies wherever prudent
•    Understand principles and be able to answer most client questions related to the technology and its products serving as the first point of contact for managed clients

Role dimensions

 

•    This position will work closely with technical staff and report to the principal account manager

 

Your qualifications

•    Language: Fluent in English. Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
•    Education: Geotechnical or mining background
•    Relevant degree from a post-secondary institution and at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role. 
•    Knowledge of remote sensing data is an excellent asset, but not essential.
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.

Compensation 

•    Salary Range  $64,000 to $84,000  CAD
•    Eligible for annual  short term incentive plan

 

(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
