About the role

 

The Administrator - Commercial provides office and administrative support to either a team or individual within the Marketing & Commercial areas including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, assisting with Customer facing items and filing.

What you will be doing

 

  • Conducts diary management and arranges appointments, books meeting/ hotel rooms and conference facilities.
  • Provides professional and confidential administrative support. 
  • Assists with preparation of reports, presentations as required.
  • Coordinates local and overseas travel and accommodation as required.
  • Assists with administrative and office management projects when required, including order booking. Coordinating with plant/ logistics.
  • Orders and maintains stationery, kitchen, and general supplies as required. Coordinates and processes local purchases for office as well as site supplies including dealing with various vendors.
  • Processes invoices as required.
  • Communicates and coordinates facilities issues and requests. 
  • Assists with the organisation of activities or event.
  • Conducts data entry including commercial administrative assistance related to customer cases, complaints, contracts and activities.
