About The Role – Sales Representative (Southwest US)
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Sales Representative within our Digital Solutions team for GroundProbe radars focused on generating leads, educating the market on our products and services, and managing GroundProbe’s profile and sales performance.
What you will be doing
• Develop and execute sales strategies for various market segments.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful closures.
• Oversee regional sales campaigns and promotions.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
What you will bring
• Proven experience in sales; mining industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary sales models and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to design and implement successful sales strategies.
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of radar or similar technology.
• Familiarity with procurement and supply practices.
• Advanced time management and problem-solving abilities.
Role dimensions
• Interacts with various internal departments and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 50% or more
Your qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Rock Mechanics, and/or Geotechnical Engineering
• English proficiency; Spanish preferred.

Compensation
• Salary Range $95,000 to $105,000 USD
• Sales Incentive Program
(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
