About the role

As an Operator - MCU, you will support the safe production and delivery of products at the plant. You will help ensure customer requirements are met on time, operations run efficiently, materials are handled safely, and equipment is maintained in good working condition. You will also work closely with customers and colleagues to support safe and reliable operations.

What you will be doing

• Follow Our Charter, operating procedures, standards, and safety requirements.
• Safely use, handle, and store raw materials and dangerous goods in line with Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.
• Minimise waste and support environmental controls to reduce environmental impact.Report hazards, unusual incidents, and accidents immediately.Participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings
• Complete and maintain all required training for your role.
• Support production and operational activities, including providing relief at other locations where required and within your level of competence.
• Assist customers in achieving production targets and maintaining efficient operations.
• Complete administrative tasks such as stocktaking, product delivery records, quality checks, and maintenance documentation.
• Meet daily customer loading and delivery requirements while providing quality products and service.
• Inspect, maintain, and care for equipment to ensure it remains safe and serviceable.

• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience completing basic administrative and record-keeping tasks.
• Basic digital skills and a willingness to learn workplace systems and tools used in the role.
• Knowledge of safe handling and storage practices for materials and dangerous goods, or a willingness to learn.
• An understanding of Mining Safety Management System requirements and safe work practices, or a willingness to learn.
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, logistics, construction, production, or other operational environments is beneficial but not essential.
