About the role

The Administrator - Commercial Customer Site Support provides office and administrative support to a single site supervisor including fielding telephone calls, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, assisting with Customer facing items and filing and support of other Site Supervisor activiteis.

What you will be doing

  • Provide professional administrative support to the Site Leadership Team and operational workforce.
  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration activities to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, emails, and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, records, and business documentation.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, and visitor arrangements for employees and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and video conferences, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes.
  • Process purchase requisitions, invoices, goods receipts, and related administrative documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and general site resources to support business operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate facilities maintenance requests and administrative services.
  • Support site operational activities through accurate record keeping, document control, and data management.
  • Assist with FSSS administration, including ordering processes, blast management documentation, and operational reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate site events, employee engagement activities, and other administrative projects as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency and service delivery.

What you will bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or site administration role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in mining, resources, construction, or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to work.
