About the role

The Specialist - Operations Support provides subject matter expertise related to management and utilisation of business systems relating to the Operations Support team, inclusive of, but not limited to, business improvement, financial portfolio and asset maintenance.

What you will be doing

 

Provides specialist Business Improvement advice, training, support and expertise across the business.

Facilitates of quarterly Front-End Loading model Provides specialist support and training for asset management processes and systems.

Promotes and drives a positive approach to change management .

Develops, embeds and continuously improves upon business reporting solutions and metrics to support business decision making.

Provides Operations Support for MBR Reporting Manages Business Improvement portfolio health for Operations Support team initiatives.

Provides the initial point of contact and subject matter expert for managing the Operations Support Capital Project Portfolio within EPM.

Provides specialist support, context, clarity and training relating to the Capital Project Portfolio Facilitates EA contingency plan tracking. 

What you will bring

 

Mining Engineering Degre

Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement. 

Ability to plan, influence & execute.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.
