We are delighted to announce that we are looking for an Operator - Discrete MFG Bulk ANE for our Manufacturing Plant in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. This role operates on both day and night shifts and offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
 
 
As a Future Shaper, you will play an important role in operating, monitoring, and maintaining bulk manufacturing equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

What you will be doing

 

• Operate and monitor bulk ANE manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
• Follow production schedules, standard operating procedures, and work instructions to meet quality and output targets.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, and report any operational issues to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a positive team culture focused on operational excellence.

What you will bring

 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow procedures and workplace standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and resolve basic operational issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
