About the role

 
We are delighted to announce that we are looking for an Operator - Packaged and Bulk ANE, ANFO for our Manufacturing Plant in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. This role operates on both day and night shifts and offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
 
 
As a Future Shaper, you will play an important role in preparing, sorting, packaging, and dispatching finished products while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will contribute to operational excellence, support a strong safety culture, and help shape the future of our manufacturing operations through your commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
 
 
Working as part of a high-performing team, you will help maintain efficient packaging and production processes, ensuring products are prepared and packaged in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. Good physical health and stamina are important for this role, as it involves manual handling activities and extended periods of standing throughout day and night shifts.

What you will be doing

 

• Prepare and receive finished products for packaging in accordance with established production and quality procedures. 
• Sort finished products by type, size, and specification while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements. 
• Follow packaging processes, technological regulations, and quality standards to ensure products are packed correctly and efficiently. 
• Conduct routine self-checks to identify and prevent defects, helping to maintain high product quality. 
• Complete required production documentation accurately and follow operational instructions from supervisors and plant management.

• Good physical health and stamina, as this role involves manual handling of materials, standing for extended periods, and working in a production environment. 
• A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and following established procedures.
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset to ensure products are packaged correctly and documentation is completed accurately. 
• A willingness to learn manufacturing processes, packaging procedures, and production equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
