About the role
What you will be doing
- Manage the site-based component of Orica’s RTO obligations, ensuring all training aligns with national and Orica standards.

Coordinate and deliver training activities across assigned sites, including conducting training sessions and final assessments as required.

Ensure all employees have up-to-date training plans and that site managers are informed of their teams’ training needs.

Maintain and update compliance reporting databases and spreadsheets.

Audit employee training plans to ensure compliance with minimum standards for each role.

Drive operational safety and governance of group standards through effective training delivery.

Ensure critical competencies are maintained and compliant for all site-based employees.

Support continuous improvement in training processes and documentation.
What you will bring
- Experience (typically 3–5 years) in coordinating and delivering site-based training and/or competency assessments within manufacturing or industrial environments

Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in an operational training context

Ability to engage effectively with operators, technicians, and site-based stakeholders, including delivering training in Bahasa Melayu

Good understanding of local work practices and operational environments in Malaysia

Proficiency in business system applications relevant to the role (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, analytics or reporting tools)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment

Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
