About the role

 

We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a talented Senior Administrator to join our team in Almaty.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, professional, and confidential administrative support to the General Director and the wider team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and effective communication. You will act as a trusted point of coordination, supporting senior leadership, managing administrative processes, and contributing to a well-organised, efficient, and professional working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, handling multiple priorities, and making a meaningful impact through strong administrative and organisational support.

What you will be doing

 

  • Providing professional and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the General Director and wider team;
  • Preparing, coordinating, and distributing internal and external communications such as emails, memos, and reports;
  • Coordinating meetings, teleconferences, video conferences, and managing calendars and bookings;
  • Organising local and international travel and accommodation, supporting office activities and events as required;
  • Supporting office and facilities management, including invoice processing, office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests. 

What you will bring

 

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative or similar support role;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality;
  • Professional communication skills, including the ability to prepare written correspondence and reports;
  • Proficiency in English, Russian, and Kazakh, including the ability to support document translation.
