About the role
The Specialist – Supply Chain Excellence supports the creation of standards, processes, procedures, and KPIs with a regional perspective and leads the integration of systems and processes within their region to ensure compliance. Identifies, plans, and develops continuous improvement opportunities and manages regionally administered local master data.
What you will be doing
- Drives the integration of global systems and processes within the region.
- Provides subject matter expertise to regional supply chain teams on group standards, processes, and procedures and their application within the region.
- Works to identify gaps in supply chain processes and drive improvements.
- Monitors, tracks, and reports on supply chain KPI performance.
- Works closely with supply chain teams to understand the reasons for performance variances and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of supply chain governance measures.
- Identifies potential risks in supply chain processes and operations.
- Identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain processes.
- Defines objectives and benchmarks for supply chain performance.
- Analyzes supply chain performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implements initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Map and document supply chain processes and workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in supply chain processes.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to investigate and analyze issues.
- Implement root cause analysis methodologies to address supply chain challenges.
- Develop action plans and solutions to prevent recurring problems.
What you will bring
- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and tools such as:
-Data Analysis tools.
-Advanced Excel skills.
-Power BI and other reporting tools.
-SAP/HANA. - Advanced English required.
