About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Finance Business Partner to support the performance of our Chile and Argentina business. 

This role is part of the Regional Finance team and partners closely with the Area Business Manager and cross-functional leaders to drive business performance through robust financial insight, strong decision support and disciplined performance management. In addition to influencing key business decisions, this role plays a critical part in developing a high-performing finance team, ensuring strong financial capabilities and meaningful impact on the business. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong analytical foundation and deep understanding of business performance drivers, coming from a multinational environment and motivated to work close to operations.

What we are looking for

  • Lead business performance management, providing clear visibility on key financial drivers including EBITDA, margins, cost structure, working capital and cash flow 
  • Drive informed decision-making through high-quality financial insights, ensuring analysis is translated into clear actions and measurable business outcomes 
  • Own and guide financial modelling and business cases to support key decisions (CapEx, pricing strategies, commercial initiatives, customer opportunities), ensuring robustness and alignment with business strategy 
  • Challenge and influence senior stakeholders to improve profitability, cost efficiency and capital allocation 
  • Steer performance discussions through forecasting, scenario planning and regular business reviews, identifying gaps and driving action plans to close them 
  • Play a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning processes (3-year plan), ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational execution 
  • Identify and drive performance improvement opportunities across commercial and operational areas, partnering cross-functionally to deliver results 
  • Embed a performance-driven culture, using KPIs and financial metrics to guide decision making across the organisation 
  • Lead, coach and develop the finance team, ensuring strong technical capability, high-quality insights and continuous development of financial and business acumen 
  • Set direction for analysis and ensure high-quality outputs from the team, focusing on translating insights into actions that improve business performance 

What you will bring

  • Relevant experience in Finance, with strong exposure to: 
    • Planning and forecasting 
    • Commercial Finance / Business Partnering 
    • Investment analysis (CapEx) and cash flow 

 

  • Proven experience in: 
    • Business performance management (EBITDA, margins, cost drivers) 
    • Financial modelling and investment analysis (CapEx, business cases, pricing decisions)
    • Working capital, cash flow and financial performance drivers 

 

  • Experience in multinational companies, ideally within mid-sized or matrix organisations 
  • Strong ability to translate financial analysis into business insight and action 
  • Proven track record partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across functions 
  • Proven experience leading, coaching or developing finance teams, with a strong focus on building capabilities and driving performance 

 

  • Ability to operate effectively in environments require both:

Your qualifications

- Public accountant, business administration and related field
- MBA or postgraduate studies in finance (desirable)
- Advanced written and spoken English skills (mandatory)
