About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner Treasury Analyst to support cash management and working capital performance across our Chile and Argentina operations.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Manager, this role is part of the Regional Finance team and serves as a key link between the business, Shared Services, Treasury, Customer Service and Global Treasury teams. The successful candidate will help ensure robust cash flow forecasting, disciplined working capital management and effective execution of treasury-related activities while supporting operational initiatives that improve cash conversion and financial performance.

What you will be doing
• Prepare and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts for Chile and Argentina, ensuring visibility of liquidity requirements and key cash drivers.
• Monitor daily and weekly cash positions, analysing forecast variances and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Support the execution and monitoring of Total Working Capital (TWC) and Non-Total Working Capital (NTWC) initiatives, tracking progress against targets and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Prepare analysis and supporting documentation for funding requests, capitalisation papers, intercompany financing transactions and other treasury-related requirements in coordination with Global Treasury.
• Support the management and reporting of working capital metrics, including overdue receivables, collections performance and other cash conversion indicators.
• Coordinate collection follow-up activities with internal stakeholders to improve cash collection outcomes and reduce overdue balances.
• Partner with Customer Service and other operational teams to identify and implement improvements in billing, invoicing and dispute resolution processes.
• Manage treasury-related administrative activities, including corporate credit card administration, banking coordination and regulatory payments such as patents and licences.
• Support month-end, forecast and budgeting processes through cash flow and working capital analysis.
• Prepare regular reporting and insights for Finance leadership, highlighting key risks, trends and actions required.
• Contribute to process improvements, standardisation initiatives and internal control compliance across treasury and working capital activities.
• Build collaborative relationships across Finance, Commercial, Customer Service and Global Treasury teams to drive improved business outcomes
What we are looking for
• More than 5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting or related disciplines.
Strong exposure to:
• Cash flow forecasting and cash management.
• Working capital management.
• Accounts Receivable and collection processes.
• Financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in:
• Treasury operations and banking activities.
• Cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Working capital performance monitoring.
• Cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in multinational companies or matrix organisations is highly desirable.
• Understanding of financial statements and the key drivers of cash flow and working capital performance.
• Ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP systems.
• English proficiency to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

How success Looks in the First 12 months
• Achieve cash flow forecast accuracy above 95%.
• Deliver a 3–5 day reduction in DSO and improve overall cash conversion performance.
• Reduce monthly sales accruals by at least 20% versus baseline.
• Ensure 100% on-time completion of treasury reporting, funding requests and regulatory payments.
• Support delivery of annual Working Capital (TWC/NTWC) targets for Chile and Argentina.
• Identify and implement at least 1 cash generation or process improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Maintain full compliance with treasury controls, policies and internal audit requirements.
