About the role
Step into the vibrant and dynamic world of visual design with our global team! As a Visual Designer, you will be at the heart of our creative endeavors, breathing life into our projects with your artistic flair. Your canvas will span across our global business, where you will create original artworks that captivate and inspire. Working closely with the Lead Visual Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual language of our brand.
But your role goes beyond just creating beautiful designs. You will also be a key contributor of innovative ideas, enhancing our communications and marketing activities with your unique perspective.
What you will be doing
Accountabilities
- Design Creation: Develop original artwork and design assets for a variety of visual communications needs across the organization.
- Collaboration: Support the Lead Visual Designer in executing design projects and initiatives.
- Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas and solutions for design and marketing campaigns.
- Communications Support: Leverage design expertise to aid in the execution of marketing and communications strategies.
- Brand Custodian: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all visual outputs.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, understanding their needs and incorporating their insights and feedback into design work.
- Team Contribution: Foster a high-performance team environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement improvements in design processes and practices.

What you will bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or any related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual design, preferably with a background in marketing and communications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, including examples of original artwork and successful design projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Canva
- Creative Skills:
- Design Expertise: Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and solutions.
- Brand Management:
- Consistency: Experience in maintaining brand consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Global Perspective: Understanding of global design trends and the ability to adapt designs for diverse markets.
