About the role
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the Master Data Specialist role. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data, supporting business operations and decision-making. Your primary responsibility will be to manage Vendor and Material Master Data, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across regions to maintain data consistency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support global supply chain initiatives. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing data processes and ensuring alignment with best practices to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
To excel in the role of Master Data Specialist, we seek a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in master data governance. Essential attributes include a keen eye for accuracy, process optimization capabilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support continuous improvement efforts.
This will be a hybrid setup based in our Manila Office in Pasig and will operate on a mid-shift schedule.
What you will be doing
Master Data Management & Governance
- Maintain and govern master data, ensuring consistency and compliance with global standards.
- Process, validate, and execute master data change requests in line with business requirements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal data governance policies.
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Analyze and identify opportunities for improving data accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Support process standardization initiatives across the supply chain.
- Provide insights into master data trends and support reporting needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to address data-related challenges.
- Support global projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing master data processes.
- Drive best practices in data management and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will bring
- 3+ years of experience in master data management, supply chain, or related fields.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Vendor and Material Master Data and governance principles.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data management tools.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
