About the role
We are excited to announce a great opportunity for a Project Delivery Specialist role to join our esteemed Projects team in our GBS (Global Business Services) Manila office in Pasig City. This is for a 12-month contractual role with a hybrid working setup and will be on dayshift with a possibility to support other global regions.
In this Project Delivery Specialist role, you will support Global Business Services (GBS) and Organizational Effectiveness strategic projects, emphasizing change management and communications. As part of a dedicated team, you will focus on transitions, project management, and implementation, ensuring smooth and effective execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and efficiency.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will provide comprehensive transition support to Orica stakeholders, leaders, and teams as they shift activities to Global Business Services (GBS). This includes delivering change management support to project leads through change assessments, risk assessments, and strategy development. You will also offer strategic input into process designs and documentation, ensuring the implementation of sustainable project methodologies. Additionally, you will manage project communications, crafting messages for business leaders in various scenarios, and lead individual projects as part of strategic plans.
Your responsibilities extend to supporting the development of project management office activities and the GBS Growth Plan. You will ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements are met, particularly for non-GBS managed services and hoteling. Regular reporting and presentations on key activities, benefits, and engagement will be provided to GBS leaders and stakeholders. By fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders and promoting continuous improvement, you will help drive GBS towards its future vision and organizational maturity.
What you will bring
- 5+ years experience in an international shared services organisation in a projects, commercial or finance environment, including demonstratable change management experience
- Experience of communications support for a large scale transformation or transition project
- Strategic understanding of change management
- Good project management skills and experience across varied subject matter
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work across a large amount of diverse stakeholders globally in an independent manner
- Strong problem solving skills with a solutions mindset
- Demonstrated history of results in a high-paced, change focused environment
