About the role
The Specialist – Global Supply Chain (Analytics and Reporting) is a Manila-based role that plays a key part in driving process improvements and enhancing business efficiency across the global supply chain. This is achieved through performance reporting, data analytics, and supporting strategic Supply Chain Excellence initiatives.
In this role, you will analyse data, develop and maintain reporting dashboards, provide insights to support decision-making, and work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You’ll contribute to initiatives focused on advancing analytics capabilities while helping deliver more efficient and effective supply chain operations.
What you will be doing
Performance Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports covering key supply chain metrics, including inventory, sales forecast accuracy, and planning performance.
- Build and enhance dashboards to provide clear, data-driven insights that support decision-making across the global supply chain.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of operational performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve reports by enhancing functionality, usability, and data quality.
Supply Chain Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support improvements across planning and inventory processes through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribution to Supply Chain Excellence Initiatives
- Support broader Supply Chain Excellence initiatives, including analytics, reporting enhancements, and digital or AI-related projects.
- Contribute to building stronger data capabilities and improving reporting standards across the function.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience, including involvement in at least one full system implementation cycle on SAP HANA or experience as an end user in a SAP HANA environment
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with the ability to develop reports and dashboards
- Proficiency in data querying and transformation tools (e.g. Power Query or similar), with exposure to cloud or big data platforms (e.g. BigQuery)
- Demonstrated experience delivering analytics projects that drive efficiency improvements or cost savings
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience working within global or multi-region supply chain environments, particularly in planning and inventory
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to Global Business Services (GBS) operating models is an advantage
- Willing to report to our BGC office at least twice per week
