About the role

As the Specialist – Data Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and governance of various elements within the supply strategy, particularly those related to processes, data, and analytics. Your expertise in master data maintenance will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of supply chain data. You will provide specialist knowledge and skills to maintain and optimize master data, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of data management principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

What you will be doing

• Provides subject matter expertise and governance on Master Data Design.
• Validates and executes Master Data change requests while providing subject matter expertise on standard processes.
• Evaluates and offers recommendations on change requests, including updates and upgrades to solutions.
• Ensures the integration of standard data, processes, and systems while enhancing data integrity through audit programs and reconciliation processes.
• Ensures solutions comply with regulatory and legal requirements while offering subject matter expertise in reporting and data analytics
• Collaborates with stakeholders to address and efficiently resolve data and process issues.
• Offers expertise and actively contributes to the execution of relevant global projects.

What you will bring

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in master data management within procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of SAP or other relevant master data tools.
• Process-oriented and meticulous, with a strong emphasis on accuracy in processing and documentation.
• Exceptional analytical skills and numerical aptitude, with a talent for resolving complex data-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data insights and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule.
