About the role
Looking to be part of a dynamic global team that powers the backbone of industrial operations? Orica’s Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Pasig City is hiring an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, a key role that ensures smooth and timely execution of the entire order-to-cash process.
From managing sales orders and invoices to resolving customer queries and supporting internal teams, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge systems like SAP and Cloud for Customer (C4C), while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe.
What you will be doing
This Order Fulfillment Coordinator role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate order placement, confirmation, delivery, and invoicing in alignment with contractual obligations and Orica’s standards. It involves maintaining a portfolio of customers, resolving issues, and proactively supporting both internal and external stakeholders. The role leverages SAP to streamline operations, minimize manual interventions, and support auto-billing processes. It also contributes to operational efficiency by reducing errors, credits, and delays, and by sharing insights with territory managers to optimize trade working capital, storage, and transport costs.
The role requires close collaboration with various teams including distribution, credit and collections, inventory, and master data to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. It involves regular reporting, workflow management, and ad-hoc analysis to support business needs. The role also supports technology adoption and process improvements endorsed by the Global Commercial Excellence and Governance Team, while providing valuable customer and product feedback through case management systems like Cloud for Customer (C4C).
What you will bring
- Previous SAP experience working for global or regional organisations
- Preferably have experienced in SSC or BPO set up
- 2 years’ experience in Order fulfilment or in a related role
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
