About the role

We are extremely excited to announce that we are inviting candidate applications for an Modern Workplace Operations Specialist to be based in our Pasig office on a hybrid working setup. 

As a Modern Workplace Operations Specialist, you will provide operational support to our customers by delivering a high level of expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, Device & Mobile Management, patching, application packaging, and deployment. You will be identifying and driving opportunities for change to the environment and end-user solutions based on the cloud-first principle.
 

What you will be doing

As a Modern Workplace Operations Specialist at Orica, you will provide comprehensive operational support for Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Copilot), Intune, Windows, Autopilot, and device and mobile management. 

The set of responsibilities for this Modern Workplace Operations Specialist will include managing patching, application packaging, and deployment, while also identifying and driving opportunities for improvement in the environment and end-user solutions. 

You will ensure the maintenance and health of the End User Compute environment through regular proactive monitoring and remediation of any issues that might impact availability or performance. And lastly, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver seamless and exceptional end-user experiences.
 

What you will bring

• 5+ years of enterprise experience with Microsoft 365 across collaboration apps, Intune, Windows, Device & Mobile Management, patching, application packaging, and deployment. 
• Strong understanding of computer security principles, practices, and technologies. 
• Experience with Entra ID, Enterprise applications, and Conditional Access. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 
• Ability to work well in a team and independently. 
• Good familiarity of basic concepts of ITIL v4 
• Experience with managing data in ServiceNow
• Preferred Certifications (having one or two would be ideal)
  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 or Azure Fundamentals 
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administration Associate 
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administration Associate 
  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
