About the role

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the financial lead for our Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and SHES functions – driving performance, accountability, and informed decision-making across complex, global operations.

This role is ideal for a senior finance leader with deep expertise in manufacturing accounting and product costing, proven success in partnering with operational leaders, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across diverse cultures. You will thrive in managing both the depth and breadth of financial activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on financial management.

Given our global footprint, you’ll need the flexibility to collaborate across different time zones and occasional shifts, ensuring you’re there when critical decisions are being made.

This role will be operating on a hybrid setup in our Ortigas office.

What you will be doing

Financial Operations & Manufacturing Reporting

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis for Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and SHES.
  • Oversee accurate product costing, manufacturing variance analysis, and cost center reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with group standards, leveraging SAP, SAP HANA, Power BI, and Excel.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with senior leaders to align financial strategies with operational goals.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Confidently challenge and support stakeholders, maintaining respectful, constructive dialogue across cultures.

Performance Management & Analysis

  • Drive accuracy and insight in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Evaluate business cases using financial metrics such as RONA, NPV, and ROI.
  • Identify and deliver cost optimization opportunities while managing risks and opportunities.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Enhance manufacturing finance processes using automation and analytics.
  • Develop streamlined, data-driven reporting for faster, better decisions.
  • Partner with global teams to improve costing accuracy and operational efficiency.

What you will bring

  • 10+ years post-graduate experience in accounting or finance, with extensive exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in manufacturing accounting and product costing within a large, global business.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business, with a CA, CMA, or CPA designation.
  • Advanced skills in SAP, SAP HANA, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones and adapt to business needs.
