About the role

We are thrilled to offer an exciting leadership opportunity for a Lead – Finance Analytics & Insights. This role will play a critical role in shaping our global analytics and insights capabilities.

You will lead the Finance Analytics & Insights Hub, supporting global finance and commercial teams. You will lead reporting and analytics strategies, identify gaps and best practices, and optimize data-driven decision-making across the business.

This is a high-impact role requiring a strong background in finance, analytics, transformation, and leadership, with the ability to work across diverse global stakeholders to enhance financial insights and operational efficiency.

This position will be based in our Pasig Office and follows a hybrid setup.

What you will be doing

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

• Implement a strategy for the Finance Analytics & Insights Hub, ensuring alignment with Orica’s global finance objectives.
• Oversee the team, processes, and technology, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Identify and enhance existing reporting and analytics frameworks to drive business insights.

Operational Execution & Business Partnership

• Work closely with regional finance teams, commercial leaders, and cost center managers to support financial analysis and reporting needs.
• Leverage external resources to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to GBS SLAs.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Oversee the delivery of financial insights and analytics, driving data-driven decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement by implementing automation, process enhancements, and efficiency initiatives.
• Foster a metrics-driven, outcome-focused, and service-oriented culture.

What you will bring

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or commercial roles.
• Strong expertise in finance transformation, shared services, and analytics.
• Proven leadership in strategy development, change management, and process optimization.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.
• Experience working with modern financial technologies, data analytics, and reporting systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
