About the role

 

As the Coordinator – Warehouse and Distribution, this role is responsible for coordinating the distribution of key product lines across the business, ensuring products are supplied to customers and strategic stock locations accurately and on time. The role is accountable for inventory accuracy, inventory replenishment, and the coordination of logistics movements across all stock transfers, supporting efficient and reliable supply chain operations.

What you will be doing

 

  • Supports execution of the monthly production and dispatch plan by coordinating with Manufacturing teams, downstream sites, third parties, and logistics providers.
  • Works with the team to improve efficiency in logistics movements and replenishment activities to downstream locations.
  • Resolves stock visibility, traceability, and picking accuracy issues to prevent non‑deliveries, incorrect deliveries, returns, and business losses.
  • Communicates proactively and effectively with customers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
  • Provides customer service support in managing logistics carrier contracts and delivery execution.
  • Applies best‑practice stock management principles, including real‑time production posting and inventory movements.
  • Ensures SAP systems and processes are used effectively to support accurate, efficient, and timely inventory transactions.
  • Manages distribution replenishment processes to meet agreed delivery schedules and destination requirements.
  • Performs SAP inventory reconciliation for raw materials and finished goods across sites, distribution centers, and transload facilities, including initial variance investigation.
  • Willing to work a Monday – Friday schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a hybrid setup requiring onsite work twice a week.

What you will bring

 

  • Experience in B2B marketing environments such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Transportation, or other related industries.
  • Degree qualified in business, logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, or Inventory roles.
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP, within logistics and warehousing environments.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of North America.
  • Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism, with an open and honest approach.
  • Customer‑focused and results‑driven, with a commitment to delivering outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and judgment skills, including knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Highly adaptable and self‑managed, with the ability to manage priorities, think strategically, and respond to changing demands.
