About the role
As the Coordinator – Warehouse & Distribution, you’ll ensure our products reach customers swiftly and cost-effectively. You’ll collaborate with freight companies, CSRs, Planning, Production, and the Initiating Supplies/Packaged Emulsions Warehouse Distribution team to streamline distribution and maintain optimal inventory levels.

What you will be doing
- Execute weekly dispatch plans with Manufacturing, downstream businesses, and third parties.
- Optimize distribution plans to reduce transportation costs.
- Coordinate truck and shipping availability for domestic, import, and export needs.
- Ensure timely product delivery and high customer service satisfaction.
- Support compliance with delivery regulations.
- Utilize SAP for efficient inventory movements, including material movements, write-offs, and goods receipt.
- Create purchase requisitions and align raw materials with Transport Management.
- Process invoices accurately and promptly.
What you will bring
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing, distribution, planning, logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Experience in invoice processing.
- Familiar with SAP Transportation Management and Microsoft suite, including customer order to pick process, inventory management, write-offs, and other stock movements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organised and customer focused.
- Approachable, engaging in conversations with ease, and maintains a positive and enjoyable demeanour.
- Willing to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a hybrid setup requiring onsite work twice a week.
