About the role

 

We’re looking for a Tactical Sourcing Coordinator to join our team in Pasig! In this key support role, you’ll work closely with the Procurement Manager to handle sourcing activities, manage procurement data, and support reporting tasks.

What you will be doing

 

  • Execute Sourcing Strategies by supporting end-to-end sourcing activities, including contract and outline agreement management in Ariba and SAP.
  • Maintain accurate supplier data, including execution timelines, stakeholder details, and sourcing-related records across systems.
  • Analyze spend and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, governance, and audit requirements in all sourcing activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supply chain risks, payment issues, and vendor concerns, ensuring smooth procurement operations.
  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and service levels and foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Maintains all relevant data related to Sourcing activities including SAP data, Ariba data, price files and Outline Agreements.

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar discipline.
  • Proficiency in conversational English language both written and verbal.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.
  • Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, with relevant experience in analytical tasks.
  • Familiarity with Ariba, MRP systems, and the Microsoft Office suite is highly preferred.
  • Highly organised, customer focused, and comfortable working autonomously in remote and ambiguous situations.
