About the role

 

As a Supply Chain Learning & Improvement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing supply chain strategies with a focus on Demand/Supply Planning by embedding best practices, driving process standardization, and ensuring consistent monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your key role is to create training materials, assessing and facilitate learning programs ang support continuous improvement initiative across the region.

What you will be doing

 

  • Support the implementation and adherence to global systems and processes within the region, ensuring seamless integration via learning opportunities.
  • Acting as the SME for the Learning Tool.
  • Review Learning maturity and process across the business, identify gaps and support in rectification
    • Review, rename, move, and file Documents in alignment with the DMS procedures and processes
    • Review of current documentation and alignment to the agreed standard across the business
    • Review reference linkages in Supply Chain documentation amend where required
    • Identify opportunities to improve the DMS process
  • Develop training materials, organizing and facilitating training workshops to enhance the employees’ skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on all training-related materials.
  • Track and evaluate training program/workshops ensuring completion and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and communicate training resources updates and ensure accountability.

What you will bring

 

  • Proficiency in conversational English language both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain. 
  • Experience as a subject matter expert or super user in demand/supply planning, with a passion for developing and delivering process training.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana; knowledge of MRP, APO, or IBP is a plus.
  • Proven coordination/project management skills.
