About the role

 

As a Supply Chain Learning & Improvement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing supply chain strategies by embedding best practices, driving process standardization, and ensuring consistent monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your focus will be on the transactional execution of tasks that enhance supply chain efficiency, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the region.

What you will be doing

 

  • Support the implementation and adherence to global systems and processes within the region, ensuring seamless integration via learning opportunities.
  • Provide support to regional supply chain teams on the application of group standards, processes, and procedures, ensuring alignment and compliance within the region.
  • Monitor and assess regional supply chain processes.
  • Ensure governance and compliance of the Learning Tools in

                     o     Acting as the SME for the Learning Tools system globally
                     o    Coaching and mentoring of Learning Tool processes to key stakeholders across Supply Chain
                     o    Standardisation of Learning Tool processes
                     o    Approval process; standardised and embedded

  • Review Learning maturity and process across the business, identify gaps and support in rectification

                    o    Review, rename, move, and file Documents in alignment with the DMS procedures and processes
                    o    Review of current documentation and alignment to the agreed standard across the business
                    o    Review reference linkages in Supply Chain documentation amend where required
                    o    Identify opportunities to improve the DMS process

What you will bring

 

  • Proficiency in conversational English language both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Learning Management Systems and or reporting tools. 
  • Knowledge on SAP S4 Hana, Ariba, (Production and Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling and Execution, Quality Management) and related Master Data.
  •  Experience in information and document management.
  • Sound knowledge of document management methodology, best practice, principles and practices.
  • Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Maintains strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrates competent problem-solving skills
  • Articulate and eloquent. Good presentation skills and communication skills.
