About the role

 

The Coordinator - Source to Pay supports the day-to-day management of contracts, supplier registration, and catalog maintenance within Orica's procurement systems. Working closely with the Regional Sourcing and Procurement team, you will use Ariba and SAP to maintain contract and supplier information, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently across the business.

What you will be doing

 

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including sourcing and contract creation in Ariba, as well as contract closure activities in SAP, ensuring accurate data management, status updates, final payment tracking, service completion records, and proper archiving of documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain contract information, ensuring records are up to date, contract milestones are tracked, and key data such as expiry dates and consumption metrics are accurately managed.
  • Maintain and update catalog information within SAP, ensuring product codes, pricing, and commercial terms are accurate and current.
  • Manage supplier onboarding and master data updates, including supplier information, tax details, and banking records, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Partner with sourcing specialists, procurement teams, and supply chain stakeholders to support efficient and effective procurement operations.
  • Leverage procurement systems and tools including Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Excel, and DSP to manage processes, generate reports, analyze data, and ensure procurement activities are completed within agreed timelines.

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and tools, including Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Excel, and Power Automate, with the ability to support procurement processes, manage contract and supplier data, and generate reports and analysis.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and supplier relationship processes.
  • Experience in managing contracts from creation to closure, including handling vendor information updates.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily, on-demand, and periodic procurement activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Willing to report to our BGC office at least twice per week.
