About the role

 

As the Coordinator - Source to Pay, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to closure, ensuring efficient supplier registration and catalogue management within our procurement platform. This role involves close collaboration with sourcing specialists and procurement teams, leveraging key IT tools like Ariba and SAP to manage contracts and vendor information. 

What you will be doing

 

  • Manage the creation of new contracts in the Ariba platform, ensuring all necessary data and templates are correctly uploaded.
  • Ensure all contracts are up to date, monitoring their execution and any necessary updates, particularly around expiration dates, consumption metrics, and other key data.
  • Manage the closure process for contracts in SAP, including status updates, recording final payments, service completions, and archiving records.
  • Oversee the registration of new suppliers and updates to supplier information, including basic data, tax numbers, and banking information, in compliance with DSP guidelines.
  • Maintain and update catalogues within SAP, ensuring commercial conditions and product codes are accurately reflected.
  • Work closely with sourcing specialists, procurement teams, and supply chain departments to ensure procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Utilize IT enablers such as Ariba, SAP S4 HANA, Excel, and DSP to manage procurement processes, generate reports, and analyze data.
  • Continuously monitor procurement activities to meet or exceed established timelines.

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain coordination, preferably with a focus on global procurement operations within GBS frameworks.
  • Experience with procurement software such as Ariba and SAP S4 HANA.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and supplier relationship processes.
  • Experience in managing contracts from creation to closure, including handling vendor information updates.
  • Proficiency in using procurement tools (Ariba, SAP) and MS Office applications (Excel, Power Automate).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily, on-demand, and periodic procurement activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule.
