About the role

 

As the Maintenance Master Data Coordinator, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data across IBP and SAP systems. This pivotal role involves managing data processes, overseeing approvals, and ensuring compliance with SLA requirements. You will leverage advanced data analytics to enhance data quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold master data standards across the supply chain. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on data management and operational excellence.

What you will be doing

 

  • Ensure adherence to Master Data Governance policies, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage and maintain master data across IBP and SAP systems, ensuring consistency and alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee the endorsement approval process, ensuring timely compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Lead the creation, tracking, and cyclical review of master data to ensure up-to-date and reliable information for business operations.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics to provide insights, enhance data quality, and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold master data standards and foster seamless integration across the supply chain.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and drive data governance best practices across the organization.

What you will bring

 

  • At least 2-3 years strong experience in managing and maintaining master data in supply chain environments, with proficiency in data governance policies and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and IBP systems, ensuring data consistency, alignment with business needs, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure high standards of data accuracy and integrity, including overseeing endorsement approval processes and performing cyclical data reviews.
  • Proven experience in leveraging advanced analytics to enhance data quality and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, IT, and Finance) to ensure seamless data integration and consistency across the supply chain.
  • Strong capability in identifying and implementing process improvements within a data governance framework.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
