What you will be doing
People Leadership:
- Drive process training initiatives within workstreams.
- Ensure compliance with GBS strategies, policies, and regulations.
Process Leadership:
- Collaborate on process improvement projects.
- Establish and maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure adherence to internal control standards.
- Support smooth transitions and integration of processes.
Operations:
- Meet KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
- Provide detailed performance reporting, including issue resolution and KPI tracking.
- Handle data recording and analysis for general ledger record-keeping.
- Manage Balance Sheet Reconciliations and maintenance.
- Perform end-to-end Fixed Assets and lease accounting management.
- Oversee Fixed Assets and Intercompany Processes.
- Execute Month-End Activities and reporting.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are met within agreed SLAs.
- Represent as needed in stakeholder meetings.
Ad Hoc Duties:
- Participate in OHI Surveys and Employee Engagement Activities as directed.
What you will bring
- At least 3 years of relevant experience within the Finance / Accounting department of a large corporate organisation
- Possess strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and internal policy.
- Well versed with ERP and other business / accounting tools
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills (proficiency in conversational and business English language both written and verbal).
