About the role

As a Coordinator, you will support the Global Process Strategy & Enablement Commercial team to deliver consistent and effective commercial processes globally. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will coordinate key activities across reporting, training and continuous improvement to help drive operational excellence and maintain end-to-end process hygiene.

In this role, you will contribute to process standardisation initiatives, maintain accurate documentation and develop training materials that reflect best practice. You will also partner with regional teams to encourage process adoption and knowledge sharing, so commercial operations remain aligned and scalable across the business.

What you will be doing

  • Support the GPS&E Commercial team in identifying, prioritising and implementing improvements across global commercial processes.
  • Assist with reporting, analytics and project tracking for GPS&E Commercial initiatives.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly GPS&E Commercial meeting packs, including reports, project updates, key metrics and presentation materials.
  • Support the adoption of global commercial systems and processes across regions, promoting consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with regional commercial teams to promote compliance with Group standards, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Commercial SharePoint sites, ServiceNow dashboards, shared inboxes and team channels used for communication and collaboration.
  • Manage commercial documentation, training resources and reference materials in line with Document Management System (DMS) requirements, ensuring records remain accurate, well organised, up to date and consistent with business standards.
  • Review learning materials and process documentation to identify gaps and improve document management practices, ensuring content is structured for use by AI agents and supports more efficient ways of working.

What you will bring

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred), with exposure to MI2O2C (Market Intelligence to Order to Cash) or similar commercial processes considered an advantage.
  • Experience managing information, records or business documentation in a structured environment, with a good understanding of document management principles, governance and best practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Power BI.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across global teams and regions.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, gather information independently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones to support global stakeholders.
