About the role

 

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within our team, collaborating closely with Commercial and Business Development Team. This role involves managing contract variations and creating sales contracts, supporting business partner master data updates, and initiating requests for cost centres, new plants, and shipping details. The Account Coordinator will also include extending SKUs to plants, linking BOMs to SKUs, and handling sales invoicing in the systems.

 

Other work scope includes governing account plans, managing pipeline hygiene, overseeing Ariba workspace hygiene, and confirming and uploading necessary regulatory and statutory compliance documents such as licenses, permits, and approvals.

This role is based in our Pasig office.

What you will be doing

 

•    Develop and maintain key commercial information in the area. Provide support for customer relationship within region.
•    Assist the Commercial Analyst in pricing adjustments and implementations (ie Rise and Fall Mechanism)
•    Assist with generation of Quotation/ Letters of Offer.
•    Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales contracts and managing contract variations.
•    Maintain data hygiene (Ariba, C4C Cases, Sales Lifecycle etc.) 
•    Coordination and monitoring of all forecasting (IE,HE and BULK) within region
•    Customer Account Setup, Credit, Statutory, Master Data, & Supply Chain.
•    Maintain accuracy and integrity in customer master data
•    Regularly analyse key data, providing trend analysis and corrective actions.
•    Regional coordination, support, analysis, reporting including but not limited to:-
•    Customer Reporting requirements
•    Assist with development /update of customer Account Plans.
•    Maintain Operational Contract Summaries for Area
•    Assist the Commercial Analyst with Business Improvement ideas and execution.
•    Assist with Commercial Reports when required
•    Investigate disputed claims’ for invoicing non payment when required
•    Act as support to the CSR in terms of Delivery and Invoicing fulfilment 
•    Act as SAP / system mentor for Area, ensuring effective use of systems, including direct training as required

What you will bring

 

•    Any tertiary qualification (but having basic IT skills will be an asset);
•    At least 2 years of administrative support experience with knowledge of SAP;
•    Account management experience is desirable but not required;
•    Demonstrated strong work ethic and effective time management skills;
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•    Comfortable working in multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
•    Amenable to work on-site. This role requires to render extended hours during Month-end reporting.
