About the role
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled Finance Analyst to join us as Finance Business Partner Analyst to support our Manufacturing operations, with a key focus on our Gomia site in India.
This role is suited for a finance professional with strong manufacturing experience and deep expertise in product costing, who can confidently partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence operational decision-making remotely. You will play a critical role in monitoring site performance, driving cost discipline, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing environment.
This position operates on a hybrid working model, based in our office.
What you will be doing
Plant Performance & Cost Monitoring
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end results aligned to Group standards
- Lead monthly monitoring of site operating and fixed costs, providing clear visibility of variances
- Proactively identify cost drivers and recommend actions to improve performance and efficiency
Product Costing & Commercial Insight
- Maintain and analyse product costing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational realities
- Provide insights into cost movements and support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis
Stakeholder Partnering
- Build strong relationships with site leaders, operations, and functional teams in Gomia (India)
- Act as a confident finance partner – able to challenge, influence, and drive accountability
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
Planning & Forecasting
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with site operations
- Improve forecast accuracy through close collaboration with stakeholders
What you will bring
- 5+ years’ experience in finance, with strong exposure to heavy manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in product costing and cost analysis
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong personality with the confidence to challenge and drive outcomes
- Experience with SAP and strong Excel/modelling capability
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, CMA) or near completion
