About the role

 

The Advisor – Organizational Development provides expert support across key people initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, leadership, culture, and employee engagement. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and embedding organisational development programs that enhance employee experience and build sustainable capability across the business.

What you will be doing

 

  • Deliver employee listening and engagement initiatives (e.g. surveys and lifecycle programs) to strengthen culture and inform people strategies
  • Manage end-to-end talent and succession processes, ensuring consistent and effective practices across the organisation
  • Support the development of strong talent pipelines, including emerging leaders, HIPO, mentoring, graduate, and pathway programs
  • Help embed leadership frameworks and organisational priorities through well-planned and communicated initiatives across stakeholders
  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and improve organisational effectiveness across the lifecycle
  • Provide expert insights and reporting on organisational development programs, while collaborating with HR teams

What you will bring

 

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Organisational Capability, Organisational Development, Communications, or Marketing
  • Proven ability to plan, influence, and successfully execute initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, and change management skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical solutions
  • Highly organised with strong logistics, project management, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
