About the role
The Advisor – Organisational Capability Enablement supports the delivery and enablement of global capability programs across the organisation. Acting as a key link between the Organisational Capability COE and stakeholders, this role ensures centrally designed initiatives are effectively localised, implemented, and embedded to meet regional needs.
You will play a critical role in driving engagement, facilitating program delivery, and continuously improving capability initiatives to strengthen organisational performance. This includes supporting a range of programs such as culture, code of conduct, career development, DEI, and flagship initiatives, while ensuring strong coordination, governance, and alignment with business priorities.
What you will be doing
Program Delivery & Enablement
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of global capability programs within the region, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong adoption
- Manage program logistics and coordination, including internal teams, vendors, and facilitators, to deliver engaging learning experiences
- Partner with regional and OC teams to identify capability gaps and support the design and implementation of targeted solutions
- Facilitate learning sessions and Train-the-Trainer programs to build local capability and ensure consistent delivery standards
- Support the localisation and adaptation of global programs to meet regional needs while maintaining alignment with global frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and regional stakeholders to align capability initiatives with business priorities and drive adoption
- Act as the regional liaison for Organisational Capability initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing insights and feedback to the global team
Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on program compliance and performance, ensuring timely escalation of risks or gaps
- Monitor effectiveness of capability programs, identifying opportunities to improve impact, relevance, and learner experience
- Collaborate across Organisational Capability teams to drive continuous improvement and contribute insights to global strategy
What you will bring
- At least 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or consulting roles
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify practical solutions
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality learning experiences
