About the role
At Orica, we are transforming Global Learning, which includes reorganising our team to ensure we can deliver maximum value and impact in our business. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Advisor to join our Learning Systems and Delivery Team on a 12-month contract. This role will work with various stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that learning data is accurate, system solutions are used effectively, and learning data is collected, analysed, and presented in a meaningful way. The Advisor – Learning Data provides support to our L&D teams globally and is a key escalation point for Regional Learning Administrators. This role will be based out of our Manila office.
What you will be doing
- Review, update, and archive all items, curriculums, and programs for accurate data, including archiving old versions of content stored within the LMS
- Update and enhance data trackers, restructure the Learning Content Management Solution, and review/move current published and source data while preserving links and connections.
- Reviewing permissions, approvals, and version control in LCMS.
- Develop new processes, audit schedules, and automation opportunities.
- Support the implementation of the learning data and analytics strategy, aligning with the organisation's learning objectives and driving continuous improvement.
What you will bring
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in data analysis, Learning Management Systems and reporting tools.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite/Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative data for problem identification and solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to a diverse audience.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
