About the role
This role supports capability development initiatives by partnering with global and regional stakeholders to identify and deliver scalable learning solutions, enabling strategic workforce performance.
It enables the business to realise its full potential through the design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of learning solutions and organisational interventions.
What you will be doing
- Instructional design of capability solutions
- Learning data analyses and interpretation
- Conducting needs analysis across the business
- Designing and maintaining engaging learning solutions
- Embedding interventions into operational practice and the flow of work
- Measuring impact using data and iterating to lift capability
What you will bring
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Experience in capability, learning and development, project and stakeholder management, analytical skills, design, and working with relevant tools, systems and programs
- Agile, curious, and continuous improvement focused, with a collaborative and customer centric mindset
- Proficiency in digital learning tools, including AI assisted design tools to support scalability, translation, and accessibility
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in complex, matrixed organizations in the same or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience supporting change initiatives and applying innovative problem solving approaches
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication capabilities
