About the role
This role will support capability development initiatives by partnering with global and regional stakeholders to identify, design, and deliver scalable capability solutions that enable strategic workforce performance. It serves as the central point of expertise for needs analysis, instructional design, data analysis, solution delivery, and impact measurement, translating Field Operations’ strategic objectives and emerging business challenges into effective development interventions that build capability, embed safe work practices, and support overall business performance.
What you will be doing
- Support capability development through the design, development, and delivery of effective detailed analysis and solution designs
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify and understand critical skills aligned to business priorities
- Translate strategic objectives into scalable capability development initiatives
- Design engaging learning experiences using contemporary adult learning principles
- Apply an enterprise lens to ensure global consistency with appropriate local adaptation
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
- Deliver initiatives end to end, from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation
- Apply project management disciplines to manage priorities and deliver outcomes on time
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, systems, and governance requirements
- Collaborate across teams to support workforce capability, performance, and talent mobility
What you will bring
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Experience in capability, learning and development, project and stakeholder management, analytical skills, design, and working with relevant tools, systems and programs
- Agile, curious, and continuous improvement focused, with a collaborative and customer centric mindset
- Proficiency in digital learning tools, including AI assisted design tools to support scalability, translation, and accessibility
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in complex, matrixed organizations in the same or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience supporting change initiatives and applying innovative problem solving approaches
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication capabilities
