About the role
We are excited to announce a pivotal opportunity for an Account & Pricing Administrator role to join our esteemed Orica GBS (Global Business Services) team on a hybrid working setup in our Manila office in Pasig City.
The Account & Pricing Administrator provides vital commercial support to the Digital Solutions team by managing customer accounts and contracts with accuracy and consistency. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to collaborate across global regions, as it operates on rotating shifts covering AusPac, EMEA, and NA—perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities for this role include managing contracts, processing variations, assist with the preparation of offer letters, and maintaining business partner master data in SAP. The role also involves tracking and reporting key performance metrics, analyzing commercial data, and handling essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
What you will be doing
The Account & Pricing Administrator plays a key role in supporting contract and subscription management by assisting in the creation, maintenance, and variation of agreements. They ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, monitor performance, and verify that necessary approvals—such as Ariba—are secured before executing contracts or processing non-administrative changes. The role also involves managing invoices, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate business partner master data to uphold data integrity across systems.
In addition to contract administration, the role includes maintaining essential commercial information, analyzing key data for trends and corrective actions, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The administrator also supports regional coordination and reporting activities, including monthly KPI reports and customer reporting requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and strategic development of the Digital Solutions team.
What you will bring
- Any tertiary qualifications
- At least 2 years work experience; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong computer literacy - Advanced level Excel & SAP user skills highly desirable.
- Highly developed influencing and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail and an ability to work alongside diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
