About the role

As a Specialist in Procurement and Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our procurement strategy. You will ensure all purchases comply with our policies and standard processes, utilizing systems like S4 HANA. Your expertise in procurement will be invaluable as you support the development and implementation of our sourcing and category strategy. You will also be responsible for tracking and measuring results against defined SLAs and KPIs. Join us and make a significant impact in our procurement operations.

What you will be doing

• Analyzes procurement data and collaborates with stakeholders to validate opportunities and manage risks.
• Conducts spend analysis, including managing the Spend Control Tower, to identify trends and drive efficiency.
• Prepares materials for strategy workshops and tracks category plan progress.
• Supports leadership with contracts, reports, and business cases for key initiatives.
• Assesses procurement opportunities and helps implement cost-saving strategies.
• Leads procurement projects and supports supplier performance management.
• Collaborates with suppliers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Executes category strategies and communicates sourcing changes.
• Monitors supplier performance and addresses supply chain risks.
• Implements global sourcing strategies regionally, managing end-to-end sourcing.
• Optimizes capital and operational spending across the region.
• Ensures compliance with SHES and procurement policies, reducing costs while ensuring supply reliability.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields preferred but not required.
• 4-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Experience in managing end-to-end procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Proficiency in using procurement systems like S4 HANA MM module + Ariba and experience in data analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills to assess procurement trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to lead projects and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
• Team management and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.  
• Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule.
